The Mercer Condominium Development Breaks Ground in the Southwest Valley

Las Vegas, NV (September 4, 2007) — JDL Development ceremonially broke ground today for The Mercer, a mid-rise, urban development located at Tropicana and Grand Canyon, just south of the Summerlin area.
