THE BASICS
The builder: The Mercer Las Vegas is being built by JDL Development (Chicago) and Modern Living Holdings (Las Vegas).
The Price: Units still available are priced from $315,000 to $790,000.
The Floor Plans: Home design qt The Mercer will include a one-bedroom space with 800 square feet; a two-bedroom plan at 1,400 square feet; and a three-bedroom unit comprised of 2,370 square feet, which features a second-level private deck overlooking the courtyard.
The Configuration: The Mercer is being built on five acres and features a 113-unit residential mid-rise development. The community will have a common area located with the center of the two buildings creating a friendly environment for people to gather and meet.
Status: The Mercer broke ground in September. Move-ins are expected to begin next summer.
The Location: The Mercer is located at Tropicana and Grand Canyon, just south of the Summerlin area.
