Sales Center For The Mercer Set For Grand Opening

Modern Mid-Rise Development at Tropicana/Grand Canyon for the Urban Professional
Las Vegas, NV - JDL Development and Modern Living Holdings will officially debut the highly anticipated sales center for The Mercer, a new mid-rise urban development to be built on Tropicana & Grand Canyon. The sales center is located nearby at 9700 W. Tropicana Avenue, Suite 105 and includes a scaled model of the development, in addition to a furnished 2-bedroom unit. The grand opening event is slated for the evening of January 11th and will be open to the public on Friday, January 12th.
The Mercer is the first venture between Chicago developer, JDL Development and Las Vegas-based Modern Living Holdings. Set on five-acres of land and just a few blocks from the Summerlin community, The Mercer will offer one, two and three-bedroom residences, ranging in size from 800 square feet, to a three-bedroom duplex at 2370 square feet. Modern in design, pricing starts at $229,000.
